Rich Legal Limited (“we”, “us” or “Rich Legal”) is committed to ensuring that our website and our services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Our Approach

Our Premises

We want visiting our offices to be a positive experience for everyone. Our premises currently offer:

  • Car parking
  • Accessible toilets, located on the first floor

We do not currently have dedicated on-site meeting rooms. Where a face-to-face meeting at our offices is not practical, we are happy to arrange this by phone or video call, or at a mutually convenient location.

If you have any specific requirements for your visit, please let us know in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Our Services

We want the legal services we provide to be accessible to all clients. On request, we can provide:

  • Information in alternative formats, such as large print, braille or audio
  • Access to sign language interpreters
  • Access to translation and interpreting services
  • Meetings by audio or video conferencing, where a face-to-face meeting is not practical

Please let the person dealing with your matter know if any of the above would help you, and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.

Website Accessibility

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website comfortably. For example, you should be able to:
